Collection: Corton
Located at the northern end of the Côte de Beaune , the Corton appellation is one of the few Grands Crus of Burgundy to produce both red wines (Pinot Noir) and white wines (Chardonnay). It covers approximately 95 hectares , spread across the communes of Aloxe-Corton , Ladoix-Serrigny , and Pernand-Vergelesses . The soils rich in clay and limestone, combined with varied exposures, give its wines an exceptional complexity.
The red Cortons offer powerful aromas of black fruits, undergrowth and spices, with an impressive tannic structure and remarkable aging potential. The white Cortons , although rarer, are distinguished by their finesse, their mineral tension, and aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and honey.
The appellation brings together several exceptional climates such as Le Clos du Roi , Les Bressandes , or Les Renardes , each expressing a unique personality. Annual production reaches around 3,000 hectoliters , which makes it a prestigious but limited appellation.
