This vintage spent 19 years in oak barrels before being bottled in 1995, the time necessary to mellow its intensity and develop its tertiary aromas.

Tasting Notes: Richness and Serenity

This Bas-Armagnac expresses all the nobility of its age:

• Color: Deep amber with mahogany highlights, with a perfect shine.
• Nose: An enchanting bouquet of candied prune, vanilla, roasted hazelnut and the famous "rancio" (aromas of nuts and undergrowth) typical of old Armagnacs.
• Palate: The attack is supple and warm. Notes of bitter orange peel, cocoa, and precious woods emerge. The finish is remarkably long, carried by sweet spices and a touch of leather.

Condition of the Bottle and Storage

This bottle has been meticulously preserved. The label is in impeccable condition. Although the decorative wax is crumbly (a sign of its age), the sealing wax on the stopper is perfectly intact, guaranteeing a complete seal. The bottle is presented in its original case, which, although slightly marked by time, has perfectly fulfilled its protective role over the past decades.
