Founded in Reims in 1808, Maison Henriot has been an independent family business for eight generations. Currently run by Gilles de Larouzière, it owns approximately 35 hectares of land, supplemented by purchases from partner winegrowers, primarily classified as Premiers and Grands Crus. Its style is distinguished by elegance and finesse.

The Cuvée des Enchanteleurs is Henriot's prestige cuvée, produced exclusively in fine vintages. It is made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, sourced exclusively from Grands Crus. The wine is aged on lees in the bottle for over 12 years before disgorging. The 2000 offers aromas of honey, dried fruit, brioche, and candied citrus. The Revue du Vin de France awarded it 18/20, praising its balance and depth.
