Contrary to appearances, this Magnum is not a 2000 vintage (which was not yet produced at the time), but a prestige cuvée disgorged especially for the worldwide celebrations of December 31, 1999. Initially intended for the high-end American market (as evidenced by its back label conforming to US standards), this bottle never left the Champagne region before arriving in our cellar, guaranteeing unprecedented freshness for an edition of this age.

Profile and Maturity

Made using wines from the 1990s, this Magnum benefits from over 25 years of aging. Where a standard 75cl bottle might have lost its character, the Magnum format has acted as a shield, preserving the vinosity and structure of the Brut Impérial.
