The Excellence of the Terroir: 5 Grand Crus

The Cuvée 4.5 is distinguished by its exclusive use of Grand Cru grapes. Pinot Noir (from Verzenay, Bouzy, and Aÿ) provides structure, power, and generous fruit aromas. Chardonnay (from Cramant and Avize) complements this blend with its minerality, elegance, and precise citrus notes.

An Exceptional Cellaring Time (Disgorged 2023)

Although its name suggests a minimum aging of four years, this particular bottle benefited from a much longer maturation. Bottled in June 2016 and disgorged in October 2023, it spent over seven years on its lees in the House's cellars. This extended rest allowed the wine to develop a silky texture and a rare aromatic complexity for a non-vintage Brut.

Traceability and Preservation

The back label provides all the reassuring information for the collector: bottling date, disgorgement date, and batch number (L 2339852). This Champagne is presented in its original case, in perfect condition, guaranteeing a tasting experience that meets the standards of fine dining.
