Hermitage 2011 - Domaine des Tourettes - Delas

The Delas frères house has existed since the beginning of the 19th century. But it is only since 1996, after a change of management (purchase by the Roederer group) and heavy investments that the estate has once again produced high-quality wines.

The production of this 100% Syrah Hermitage is approximately 30,000 bottles per year. Aged in 100% barrels, the proportion of new barrels depending on the vintage.

To the eye, the color is a deep, bright dark red. On the nose, the Hermitage "Domaine des Tourettes" expresses itself with power and complexity in a register of black fruits, spices and leather. The palate, firm but silky, has a tight tannic structure that is the mark of the greatest wines for laying down.
