The Gravière 2015 Chardonnay Côtes du Jura - Anne and Jean-François Ganevat

This wine comes from old vines grown on a terroir of grey Lias marl and iridescent marl.

This wine was vinified for 30 months according to the simplest rules, indigenous yeasts, unfined, unfiltered, without the addition of SO2.

The presence of gas and deposit is therefore natural.

At WUAT we particularly like Ganevat wines. Also, having tasted them often, we advise you to open and decant these wines at least two hours before tasting them.
