L'Extravagant 2009 par Doisy Daëne. 

Château Doisy Daëne has been a family affair since 1924, when three generations of winegrowers have succeeded one another in producing great sweet wines.

The Extravagant is produced only for very great vintages. This 2009 vintage is particularly aptly named:

- 245 g of residual sugars, 12.5% ​​alcohol, only one year of barrel aging.

- Average age of vines 50 years

- Only 7 barrels produced

"My highest rating given to this vintage en primeur. Yellow-green color. Extravagant nose! Complex, subtle, with notes of smoke and orange peel. Marvelous mouth where everything melts with grace and nuance and ends airy. I have never known this wine to be so subtle and full at the same time. It is very great!"
