Chateau Lynch Bages 1987 - Pauillac

Wine tasted in 2019:

The wine is still alive and well, despite a "weak" vintage.

The typical notes of Pauillac evolution are there, undergrowth, mushrooms, humus... in short, it's a walk in the forest within reach of a glass.

The tannins are obviously perfectly melted from the opening. The balance is always good, the length in the mouth is surprising.

A bottle for connoisseurs. No need to decant it, a service in a large glass and a slow tasting will be enough to delight you.
