One of the best Rieussec ever made, better than the 2001! Nothing more to say, try it.

For those who don't know, sweet wines have the immense advantage of being able to be kept for a long time after opening. So there's no need to finish the bottle quickly or wait until there are a lot of people to open a bottle. Don't hesitate to treat yourself as an aperitif; with blue cheese or a spicy dish, you can leave your Sauternes in the refrigerator door for more than a month without it going bad.
